All Girls Love Beautiful Jewelry
All three girls wished they could wear a dress like the ones the sexy movie actresses wore. The gowns they tried on this afternoon were all too revealing. Their parents would not buy them a dress that looked like something out of a playboy magazine.
They stood in front of the swarovski earrings and picked out what they liked. There was a green pair that were long with oblong emerald stones and white smaller stones at the level of the earlobe. Traci thought they would be perfect with one of the dresses she had tried on earlier.
Each girl saw herself in a slinky dress with sparkles on her earlobes. They had seen movie starts on TV wearing some of these very earrings. They all liked what they saw.
It would be better if they sold three earrings n each set, they guessed. Then if you lose one, you still have a pair to wear. They all knew they had lost more than a few earrings already in their lives.
It would be a great idea to buy the same earrings for all three girls. Then after a few years, they would be sure to have at least one pair that was not lost. They agreed that was a good plan.
They moved to the next display case to look over rhodium earrings. Traci looked back longingly at the pair of swarovski desert glow earrings. Wish I had over a hundred dollars to spend on earrings she thought.
Their dresses might cost enough to break the budget as it was. Baby sitting money would cover shoes and accessories but not a hundred dollar pair of earrings.
After admiring all the earrings in the store, they agreed that someday they would all have jewels. They strolled out to the food court. Sitting down with cold sodas they gave their attention over to a discussion about how to get rid of acne.
They decided to buy a plate of cheese french fries to share and worry about pimples later on. Traci talked about her date for the prom. She was excited about him. The other girls had not accepted dates yet. If no one they liked asked them, they would simply go with each other. They were popular enough to be unconcerned about the situation.
Many of their other friends did that cause prom was expensive. Also, it was a way to reject tradition. Just like dressing Goth or Emo, they were rejecting parental objections against the way they looked and acted. It has been the way of teenagers for decades.
